Afternoon Light on the Refuge

Painted on Whitworth Street West looking towards Oxford Rd. I tried to capture the light hitting the Refuge building and the Kimpton Tower top right. Painted over 3 goes. I’ve painted a similar scene from here before, although not as big as this.
